First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 31, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called CA-4948 combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) in people with pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink or stabilize the cancer. About 43 adults whose cancer worsened after prior treatment will participate.
