ER film may curb trauma after car crashes

Summary
This study tests a fast-dissolving film (BXCL501) given in the emergency room after a car crash. The goal is to see if it can reduce immediate stress symptoms and prevent long-term PTSD. About 100 adults who are at high risk will take the film for two weeks and be monitored for symptoms and thinking ability.
