Summary
This study tests whether burst spinal cord stimulation (a type of nerve stimulation) can reduce symptoms of severe restless leg syndrome (RLS) that hasn't responded to standard treatments. Fifteen adults with severe RLS will receive both real stimulation and a sham (fake) treatment in a random order, without knowing which is which. The goal is to see if the real stimulation improves leg discomfort and sleep quality better than the sham.
