Simple relaxation technique may soothe restless legs in dialysis patients

Summary

This study tests whether a relaxation method called autogenic training can help people on hemodialysis who suffer from restless leg syndrome, poor sleep, and fatigue. About 54 adults aged 45-55 will practice guided relaxation exercises for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, RLS severity, and tiredness to see if this drug-free approach offers relief.
