First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether a relaxation method called autogenic training can reduce restless leg syndrome, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue in people on hemodialysis. Fifty-four adults aged 45-55 who have been on dialysis for at least 6 months will practice structured relaxation sessions. After 8 weeks, researchers will measure changes in sleep quality, RLS severity, and fatigue levels.
