First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested whether Buerger-Allen exercises, a series of leg movements, can improve blood flow in people with type 2 diabetes. 74 adults aged 35-65 who had used insulin for at least 5 years took part. One group did the exercises plus routine care, while the other received routine care only. The goal was to see if the exercises helped peripheral circulation, measured by a perfusion index.
