NCT ID NCT06910423
First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compares two mind-body practices—a Buddhist awareness training program and Qigong—to see which helps people aged 50 to 75 with insomnia sleep better. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups, and researchers will track changes in sleep quality, brain activity, and heart rate. The goal is to find out if these non-drug approaches can improve sleep and overall well-being.
