Summary

This study compares two mind-body programs—Mahayana Buddhist Awareness Training and Qigong—to see which helps people aged 50-75 with insomnia sleep better. Participants will practice one of these methods and researchers will measure sleep quality, brain activity, and heart rate changes. The goal is to find effective, drug-free ways to improve sleep and mental health.
