Bright light therapy shows promise for long COVID fatigue

Summary
This study tested whether two weeks of bright light therapy could reduce fatigue in people with long COVID. Twelve adults who had COVID-19 at least three months prior and still felt very tired took part. The therapy was compared to a placebo to see if it truly helped ease fatigue, insomnia, and depression.
