Summary

This small study tested whether sitting under a bright light for 30 minutes a day for two weeks could help people with long-lasting fatigue after COVID-19. Twelve adults who had been tired for months after their infection took part. The goal was to see if the light therapy could reduce their tiredness, sleep problems, and low mood.
