Summary
This study tested whether a short, three-session virtual program could help reduce symptoms for people living with both chronic pain and a history of stressful or traumatic experiences. It enrolled 50 adults who had chronic pain and a significant history of trauma. The main goal was to see if the program was practical to run and if participants found it helpful and credible.
