Summary

This study tests whether a short, culturally adapted form of cognitive behaviour therapy (CaCBT) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in Pakistan. Researchers will enroll 166 adults with OCD and measure changes in symptoms, depression, and anxiety. The therapy also involves training family members as co-therapists to improve support and acceptability.
