Summary

This study tested whether a daily pill called brensocatib could reduce symptoms and sinus inflammation in adults with long-term sinusitis who don't have nasal polyps. For 24 weeks, 288 participants took either brensocatib at one of two doses or a placebo pill, while continuing their standard nasal sprays. Researchers measured changes in symptom scores, sinus scans, and the need for rescue treatments like antibiotics.
