Summary

This study tested whether breathing yoga or progressive muscle relaxation can help liver transplant patients with pain, breathing problems, and fear of movement. 125 adults who had a successful liver transplant were taught these techniques before discharge. The goal was to see if these simple practices improve recovery without medication.
