Summary

This study looked at whether adding special breathing muscle training to running programs helps 10-13-year-old male football players improve their agility, endurance, and lung function. 75 boys who had played football for at least two years took part. The training was tailored to their natural sleep-wake cycles (chronotype) and lasted six weeks.
