Can simple breathing exercises ease teen mental health struggles?
NCT ID NCT07369752
Summary
This study is testing whether a structured breathing practice is a practical and acceptable way to help teenagers with anxiety and depression. It involves 40 teens, ages 12-17, from both rural and non-rural areas. The main goal is to see if the breathing program is easy to use and fits into their lives, not to prove it cures their conditions.
