NCT ID NCT06115148
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether the ammonia in your breath can help detect malnutrition. Researchers will take breath and blood samples from 12 adults, some with and some without malnutrition, and compare the results. A small group will also drink special beverages and fast for two days to see how breath changes with short-term diet changes.
