New hope for Tough-to-Treat breast cancer: old drugs, new combo
NCT ID NCT06434064
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing drugs—tamoxifen and a special form of doxorubicin—can help control advanced triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors and slow the cancer's progression with manageable side effects.
