NCT ID NCT07424092

Summary

This study is testing a new treatment for aggressive brain tumors that have come back or stopped responding to standard treatments in children and young adults. It involves a single injection of a modified virus (DNX-2401) directly into the tumor during a biopsy procedure. The main goals are to see if the virus can shrink or control the tumor and if it is safe for patients.
