Can early surgery stop brain tumors from returning?

Summary

This study looks at whether removing brain tumors with surgery after chemotherapy or radiation, but before the tumor grows back, is safe and helpful. About 40 adults with remaining tumor after prior treatment will be followed to see how they do compared to those who have surgery later or not at all. The goal is to find the best time for surgery to improve outcomes.
