Summary
This study tests whether a special computer-based brain training program can help adults with PTSD improve memory, attention, and daily functioning. Participants will be randomly assigned to either the brain training program or regular computer games, both with group discussions, for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach can ease PTSD symptoms and boost quality of life.
