Summary
This study is testing whether a special computer-based brain training program can help people with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. Participants will be randomly assigned to use either the active training program or a less effective 'sham' version. Researchers will measure changes in thinking skills, brain activity, and symptoms of repetitive negative thinking.
