First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a safe, non-invasive brain stimulation technique (tDCS) that people can use at home while doing computer-based attention exercises. The goal is to see if it can improve complex attention in 160 active-duty service members and veterans who had a mild traumatic brain injury at least 3 months ago. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive real or sham stimulation, and their progress will be tracked with tests, brain scans, and questionnaires.
