Personalized brain zaps aim to boost stroke recovery in major trial

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called cTBS, guided by each patient's brain scan, can improve arm and leg movement after a stroke. About 584 adults who had a stroke within the past two weeks will receive either real or sham stimulation alongside standard care. The goal is to see if this personalized approach helps more people regain independence and is safe.
