Summary

This study tested whether a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS could help reduce symptoms of several mental health conditions. It involved 320 people with depression, anxiety, OCD, schizophrenia, or insomnia. Researchers measured changes in symptoms, daily functioning, and quality of life to see if the treatment was safe and effective.
