Summary
This study aims to understand how the brain controls speech in people with Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, or dystonia. Researchers will record brain activity from 80 participants while they perform speech tasks during deep brain stimulation surgery. The goal is to learn how specific brain circuits are involved in speech, which is often affected by these movement disorders.
