Summary

This study is testing a two-part treatment for breast cancer that has spread to the brain. Patients receive a personalized vaccine made from their own immune cells, combined with an immunotherapy drug called pembrolizumab. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink brain tumors and control the cancer. The trial is for patients with specific types of breast cancer who have small, non-symptomatic brain tumors.
