Summary
This study aims to find the best way to help people stick to healthy habits that protect the brain from decline as we age. It will compare three approaches: giving general health advice, providing a personalized digital plan, or combining the digital plan with a human health coach. The goal is to see which method helps participants follow recommendations for exercise, diet, sleep, and social activities most consistently over 8 weeks.
