Summary

This study looks at whether adding special brain exercises to online Pilates classes can improve memory, attention, and pain in women with fibromyalgia. Thirty women will do Pilates twice a week for 8 weeks, with some also doing kinesthetic brain exercises. Researchers will measure thinking skills, pain, fatigue, and quality of life before and after the program.
