Summary
This study will test a new type of rehabilitation robot that uses brain signals and mirror therapy to help stroke patients with arm weakness. The robot is non-invasive and designed to encourage the brain to re-learn movement. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 30 to 80 who had a stroke 1 to 6 months ago and have trouble moving one arm. The goal is to see if this approach improves arm function and helps the brain adapt.
