Summary
This study looks at how Gamma Knife radiosurgery affects brain connections in people with severe facial pain called trigeminal neuralgia. About 28 adults will get brain scans before treatment and at 1, 3, and 12 months after. The goal is to see if changes in brain wiring match pain relief, helping doctors understand how the treatment works.
