Summary
This study tested whether taking gabapentin along with oxcarbazepine works better than oxcarbazepine alone for trigeminal neuralgia, a condition causing severe facial pain. 44 adults were split into two groups and had their pain measured over 2 months. The goal was to see which approach provides better pain relief.
