First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding ibrutinib to an existing immunotherapy and chemotherapy regimen can safely improve treatment for children and young adults (ages 6–25) with brain cancers like medulloblastoma or glioblastoma that have come back or not responded to standard therapy. Participants receive ibrutinib plus indoximod and one of two chemotherapy combinations. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination shrinks tumors.
