Summary
This study is testing two different drug combinations to see if they can help children and young adults with aggressive brain tumors live longer. The trial is for patients who have just finished radiation therapy. One group receives two drugs (ribociclib and everolimus), while another group receives a different pair (ribociclib and temozolomide), depending on the specific genetic changes found in their tumor.
