Summary
This study aims to understand the early brain changes that happen before noticeable memory problems begin. Researchers will use MRI and PET brain scans, along with memory tests, to track 300 older adults with normal thinking skills over time. The goal is to find the best combination of tests to predict future cognitive decline, which could help design future prevention trials.
