Summary
This study tests an experimental nasal spray called BPL-003, given with psychological support, in 64 adults whose depression has not improved with at least two prior treatments. The main goal is to see if the spray is safe and tolerable, and to measure its effects on mood. Participants will receive one or two doses and be monitored for side effects and changes in depression symptoms.
