New pill could steady shaky hands in essential tremor

Summary
This study tests a new drug called BP1.4979 to see if it can reduce tremors in adults with essential tremor, a condition that causes shaking hands. About 50 people will take either the drug or a placebo twice daily for 4 weeks. Researchers will check tremor severity and safety through clinic visits and weekly diaries.
