Summary
This study investigates whether analyzing bowel sounds with a computer can help measure disease activity in children with Crohn's disease. Researchers will record bowel sounds and compare them to a standard disease activity score. The goal is to find a noninvasive, painless way to monitor inflammation without blood tests or scans.
