Summary
This study tests a mind-body therapy called Body Awareness Therapy (BAT) for adults with jaw joint disorders. It aims to reduce pain, improve jaw function, and ease anxiety or stress. About 52 adults will be randomly assigned to BAT or standard physiotherapy. Results may show if focusing on body awareness helps more than usual care.
