First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a short, online program called Body Acceptance After Baby (BABI) to see if it can reduce body dissatisfaction in new mothers. 375 women who gave birth in the past year and feel unhappy with their appearance will be randomly assigned to BABI, an educational infographic, or a waitlist. The goal is to find a simple, scalable way to support postpartum mental health.
