First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This pilot trial tests whether a group workshop called the Body Image Program (BIP) can help prevent eating disorders in female university students in Mexico. Thirty participants will attend two weekly sessions with exercises to challenge societal pressure to be thin. Researchers will check if the program is feasible and acceptable, and look for early signs of improved body image and reduced eating concerns.
