Can a 4-Hour group chat stop eating disorders before they start?
NCT ID NCT06963086
Summary
This study is testing whether a group-based program called the Body Project can help prevent eating disorders in young women in Nova Scotia. About 120 participants aged 15-22 will attend four short group sessions led by peer mentors and complete surveys about their body image and feelings. The main goal is to see if this program is practical and well-received in local communities and if it helps reduce risk factors for eating disorders.
