Summary
This study aims to see if the Body Project, a program designed to prevent eating disorders, can work for youth aged 15-22 in Nova Scotia. Participants attend group sessions led by peer mentors and fill out questionnaires. The study will check if the program is liked, useful, and reduces risk factors like body dissatisfaction.
