Summary
This study tests a contemplative practice called Feeding Your Demons (FYD), adapted from Tibetan Buddhism, to see if it helps women feel better mentally and about their bodies. About 122 adult women who already meditate will be randomly assigned to FYD or standard mindfulness meditation. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, self-perception, and body image before, after, and six months later.
