Summary
This early-stage study tested a new medicine called BMS-986326 in 64 adults with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) who did not get enough relief from creams or needed stronger treatments. The main goal was to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Researchers also looked at whether the drug could reduce eczema severity and affect certain immune cells.
