Summary

This study tests whether wearing blue-blocking glasses at night can help teenagers (ages 12-18) with insomnia or delayed sleep phase disorder who are already receiving psychiatric care. Forty participants will wear the glasses or use real darkness for one week. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach helps them fall asleep faster and improves their sleep quality.
