Summary
This study aims to see if measuring certain proteins in a person's blood can accurately predict who will develop Alzheimer's disease or experience cognitive decline. Researchers will follow 1,800 adults aged 60 and older, some with memory concerns and some without, for several years. The goal is to develop and validate easier blood tests to help diagnose and track Alzheimer's earlier than current methods allow.
