NCT ID NCT06831968

First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study is testing a new blood test called the Enlighten Device to see if it can predict which pregnant women will develop postpartum depression (PPD). Researchers will collect blood from 500 pregnant women in their third trimester and then follow them for 6 months after birth to track depression symptoms. The goal is to see if the test can accurately identify women at high risk, so they can get early support. The test is still investigational and not yet approved by the FDA.
