Summary
This study aims to create a blood test that can detect colorectal cancer and advanced polyps early. Researchers will use artificial intelligence to combine molecular markers and personal risk factors. The test will be developed and validated in 510 adults undergoing colonoscopy or surgery. If successful, it could offer a less invasive screening option.
