First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study will screen blood pressure in over 22,000 children aged 5-18 across South Africa. The goal is to create the country's first reference charts for normal blood pressure, since current charts are based on US and European data. This will help doctors correctly diagnose and manage high blood pressure in South African youth.
