Summary
This study is testing whether a special blood pressure monitor can accurately detect atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm disorder. Researchers will compare the monitor's readings with standard diagnostic methods in 392 adults, some with and some without AF. If it works, this could make screening for AF easier during routine checkups.
