This study tests whether combining blood-flow-restricted exercise (light exercise with a cuff on the leg) and pain education can reduce pain and improve movement in people with knee osteoarthritis. About 90 adults aged 40 and older with knee osteoarthritis will take part. The goal is to see if this approach works better than standard care alone.
