Summary

This study is for people with blood cancers like AML or MDS. It tests a stem cell transplant using a milder chemo combination (treosulfan and fludarabine) followed by drugs to prevent graft-versus-host disease. The goal is to see if this approach improves survival at 100 days and beyond. Participants must be 2-75 years old and have a suitable donor.
