First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests a new way to treat emotional disorders like anxiety and depression by combining face-to-face therapy sessions with a smartphone app. The goal is to see if this blended approach is practical, helpful, and liked by patients in primary care. About 45 adults will be assigned to either blended therapy, standard therapy, or a waitlist, and their symptoms will be tracked over time.
